Mafo Joelle to be inducted into Grizzly Hall of Fame

FORMER GRIZZLY VOLLEYBALL standout Mafo Joelle (2005-2006) will be inducted into the Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP) Grizzly Athletics Hall of Fame Saturday, Jan. 22, at the West Plains Civic Center. The ceremony will take place during halftime activities of the Grizzly Basketball game against Moberly Area Community College. “We are excited for Mafo and this very deserving honor,” Grizzly Volleyball Head Coach Paula Wiedemann said. “She has such a connection to our program, our campus and our community. She is very happy to come and spend time in a place that means so much to her, and with people she cares about who have supported her throughout her career.” A reception for Joelle will take place following the game.
