In early October, Wichita State confirmed it had hired a law firm to conduct an internal investigation into Marshall’s behavior following multiple allegations by former players.
The allegations include Marshall pushing and later punching a player at practice, and putting one of his hands around a staff member’s neck.
Assistant coach Isaac Brown will serve as the team’s interim head coach.
