The beginning ten minutes of the first half had both teams not giving an inch, keeping the game tied up. A couple of turnovers by the grizzlies, led to the Hawks having a 7-point lead at the end of the first half, 30-37.
The Grizzlies fought hard to close the gap in the second half, the first ten minutes looked promising as the Grizzlies only trailed by 4 to 6 points. The Hawks had some very good possessions to gain a ten-point lead in the last 7 minutes of the game. After a hard fought game, the Howard College Hawks win over the MSU West Plains Grizzlies, 67-80.
