NASCAR returned from its coronavirus layoff with big ratings on Fox.
Fox’s telecast of a NASCAR race in Darlington, South Carolina on Sunday delivered 6.32 million viewers… that’s a 38% jump over the previous race on March 8th.
NBC also aired a live golf event on Sunday… the TaylorMade Driving Relief featuring Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler and Matthew Wolff drew 2.35 million viewers.

The two events were the first live sports telecasts on a broadcast network since March when the coronavirus outbreak caused sports to be put on hold.
