NBA Targeting July 31 To Resume Season, Owners Expected To Approve Orlando Plan

The NBA is looking to restart the season on July 31st.

Sources say NBA commissioner Adam Silver informed the Board of Governors the league is looking at a July 31st start date.

Owners are expected to vote and approve the plan to play all games in Orlando on Thursday.
