New Details From Tony Romo’s Arrest Emerge

Tony Romo was allegedly uncooperative with cops after his arrest in Wisconsin last week.

Court records show he was issued a citation for “refusing to take test for intoxication after arrest” stemming from his July 23rd run in with police in Milwaukee.

A spokesperson for the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office said that because of the allegations against Romo, the case is “a traffic violation and not a criminal charge in Wisconsin.”

Romo’s court day is September 21st.
