The Atlanta Falcons signed running back Todd Gurley to a one-year contract worth $6 million.
Gurley was released by the Los Angeles Rams last week. In five seasons with the Rams, he ran for 5,404 yards and had 58 touchdowns.

In his final season with the Rams, Gurley had a career low 857 rushing yards.
Joining the Falcons will be a homecoming for Gurley who played at the University of Georgia.
