The Cardinals are back at the bottom of the NL Central following a 2-1 loss to the Pirates in Pittsburgh. Miles Mikolas gave up a pair of runs in the bottom of the first inning, and St. Louis trailed the rest of the way. Andrew Knizner homered in the top of the seventh, but that was the Cardinals only run of the day.
