Salvador Perez hit a go-ahead double in the bottom of the seventh to lead the Royals past the Twins 5-4 at Kauffman Stadium. MJ Melendez and Hunter Dozier each went deep in the victory. Dylan Coleman earned his fifth win in relief, while Scott Barlow picked up his 22nd save. Kansas City has won two of its last three to improve to 59-and-89. Daniel Lynch starts for Kansas City against the Twins tonight.
