Missouri set a new regular-season weekend attendance record, welcoming 10,229 fans to Mizzou Softball Stadium for the SEC series against No. 1 Oklahoma. This weekend’s total surpassed the previous record of 9,565 fans set against Florida in 2024 (April 12-14, 2024).

Overall, this weekend’s series attendance of 10,229, ranks second all-time in MU program history behind the 2024 NCAA Super Regionals with Duke (11,608, May 24-26, 2024).

The Tigers jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the third Sunday following a solo homer from Julia Crenshaw before Oklahoma evened it up with a home run of its own the following inning.

For Crenshaw, the round tripper was her ninth of the season (third in SEC play in 2025), which matches her personal-best set in 2023. She now has 22 homers in her career at Mizzou and increased her career totals to 99 RBI and 95 runs.

Crenshaw, a senior catcher from O’Fallon, Missouri, finished Sunday 1-for-3 with a run and an RBI. She has now hit safely in five-straight games (six-game reached base streak).

The Sooners then utilized four runs over the final two frames Sunday to secure the series win.

Marissa McCann was assessed the loss (7-6 in 2025). She allowed just one run on one hit over the first five innings. Over 5.2 total innings, McCann let up three earned runs on three hits with five strikeouts.

Taylor Pannell (0 earned runs on three hits, 1.0 IP) and Cierra Harrison (1 strikeout, 0.1 IP) both saw relief action Sunday.

Sophie Smith connected on her first career double in the bottom of the second.

Adi Koller extended her hitting streak to four games.
