Evangel University senior Cade Coffman earned NAIA All-American Honorable Mention honors for the second time in his career on Thursday. Coffman is the first Evangel men’s basketball two-time All-American selection since 2014-13 when Zack Kleine earned back-to-back honors. His first All-American honor came after his sophomore season in 2019-20. The Mountain Grove, Missouri, native was also a first-team All-Heart selection as he helped lead the Valor back to the NAIA Tournament for the first time since 2015. Coffman finished the season averaging 15.8 points per game and 6.2 rebounds per game to lead the Valor in both categories. He finished his career at Evangel ranking fifth all-time in scoring with 1,708 points, sixth in three-pointers made with 207, and seventh in total rebounds with 741.
