The MSU Lady Bears will play 13th-seeded Wright State (19-7) in Wednesday’s second round. After picking up a win over 12th-seeded UC Davis in NCAA Alamo Region First Round play 70-51.

 

MSU-WP Grizzlies hosted Moberly last night at the WPCC and lost in over-time 97-90. Scooter Williams game’s leading scorer with 28. Grizzlies never trailed until the last minute of regulation. Led by as much as 16 in the second half. Game tied at 85 at the end of regulation. Grizzlies 13-5, 5-3 in Region 16. The Grizzlies play again Wed night at State Fair.
