Class 2 district 2 boys Alton gets the one seed and a first-round bye. Van Buren the 4 seed plays Winona the fifth seed Saturday at 1pm. Summersville the second seed plays seventh seed Couch at 4pm. On the Girls side fourth seed East Carter plays fifth seed Summersville at 230. And third seed Van Buren plays sixth seed Couch at 530 all games played at Van Buren.

– Former Grizzly Volleyball standout Mafo Joelle (2005-2006) will be inducted into the Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP) Grizzly Athletics Hall of Fame Wednesday, Feb. 16, at the West Plains Civic Center.The ceremony, which was rescheduled from Jan. 22 due to inclement weather, will take place during halftime activities of the Grizzly Basketball game against State Fair Community College.
