Another Zizzer Wrestling milestone for the day was Colten McGuire earned his 100th high school career win.

On Saturday, January 11th, Colten McGuire achieved an incredible milestone that few high school wrestlers reach—he earned his 100th career win.

Wrestling has taken Colten across the globe, showcasing his talent and dedication while representing Zizzer Wrestling. Last year, he competed in the US Open in Las Vegas in both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, and he plans to return this year. This past summer, Colten earned a spot on the Missouri National Team, traveling to Fargo, North Dakota, to compete in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. His journey didn’t stop there—he also traveled to Europe, training with elite wrestlers from Norway and Sweden under the guidance of Coach Marty Hauck.

As Colten celebrates this remarkable accomplishment, his focus is on the future. He plans to continue his wrestling career at the collegiate level and is currently exploring several options to find the best fit for his goals. Top contenders include Northern Oklahoma College, Hiram University, Lakeland University, and Doane University. A decision is expected soon, and we’re excited to see where Colten’s journey takes him next!

Congratulations, Colten, on this outstanding achievement!
