Tigers drop a 3-0 decision to No.23 Florida

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou volleyball (4-20, 1-10 SEC) fell 25-10, 25-23, 25-22, to No.23 Florida (14-6, 8-2 SEC) on Saturday night in the Hearnes Center.

Junior Anna Dixon paced the Tigers with 11 kills. Freshman Jordan Iliff poured seven more kills for the Tigers.

 

For the Gators, T’ara Ceasar and Thayer Hall produced 13 kills.

Addison Lyon: 12 assists, 5 digs

·On defense Sophomore, Emily Brown paced the Tigers with 13 digs. Freshman Kaylee Cox had 10 digs to help the Tigers.

·Freshman Addison Lyon led the Tigers in assists with 12, while Graduate Student Nicole Alford had 10 assists.

·Four Tigers were able to produce two blocks to stop the Gator’s attack. Iliff, Freshman Kayla Burbage, Cox, and Freshman Trista Strasser all helped at the net.
