Tigers drop a 3-1 decision to South Carolina

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou volleyball (3-14, 0-3 SEC) fell 25-18, 23-25, 25-20, 25-21, to South Carolina (11-3, 3-1 SEC) on Friday night in the Hearnes Center.

Junior Anna Dixon paced the Tigers with 16 kills. While graduate student Brynn Carlson produced nine kills for the Tigers. At the net freshman, Kayla Burbage had a season-high nine blocks.

For the Gamecocks, Kyla Manning produced 18 kills and 11 from Riley Whitesides.
