(West Plains) It’s another big high school football weekend with several area teams still entertaining thoughts of winning a state championship.
The West Plains Zizzers have a shot at knocking off the top team in class 4 tonight when they travel to Jefferson City Helias. Helias has occupied the number 1 spot in Class 4 all season and sport a 13-0 record.
Zizzer coach Matt Perkins says it’s hard to find a hole in the Crusaders’ game.

Meanwhile in Arkansas this evening, state playoff football will feature 7-5 Mountain Home playing Greenwood. Salem will be at Paris and Melbourne will play Cedarville.
Saturday in the Missouri playoffs, Thayer plays South Calloway at Mokane in class 1 while Liberty hosts Lamar. There will be a video stream available through the mshsaa website of the Liberty contest.
