The West Plains Boys Wrestling Team traveled on Saturday to Affton to compete in an all day 25 team tournament. It was a long day of wrestling and Colton McGuire came away with a 2nd Place Medal in his weight class. The Zizzers results on the day are as follows:
Xarian Richardson: 3-2 with 3 pins
Wyatt Cobb: 0-3
Eli Ryan: 2-3 with 2 pins
Enric Carbonell: 1-4 with 1 pin
Colten McGuire: 4-1 with 2 pins
Garrett Whisenant: 2-2 with 1 pin
Burk Hopkins: 2-2with 1 pin and a win in OT
Chris Goodwin: 1-4 with 1 pin
Zizzers Boys and Girls will be back on the mat at St. Clair on Thursday for a Dual Meet.
