The Willow Springs Bears Boys Basketball Team played for the third place game in the 87th Mansfield Invitational Tournament versus the 2-1 Monett Cubs. The Bears were luckily able to make another victory by a score of 82-54.

In the Tournament:
- The Bears previously got a 79-30 win over Gloria Deo Academy in the first match on Tuesday, 12/10
- The Bears played the tournament host, the Mansfield Lions on Thursday, 12/12 and fell 57-68.
In the week ahead; Bears will take on the Seymour Tigers on Tuesday, 12/17 & the Alton Comets on Friday, 12/20. Both broadcasts at 7:30 PM on KUKU 100.3 Classic Country.
