The West Plains Zizzers hosted the Bolivar Liberators in the second round of District Playoffs. The game was off to a good start with both teams getting a touchdown on their first carry. The Liberators took the lead with two more touchdowns to end the first quarter 21 to 7. An early pulled muscle to the Zizzers QB Connor Rackley saw an end to the offensive game of West Plains for the next two quarters. The first half ended with the Zizzers behind 7 to 21.
The third quarter was very defensive for both teams with the only points earned by a Bolivar field goal with 17 seconds left on the clock. The fourth quarter saw a big push for points by both teams. West Plains pushed to catch up to the massive lead of the Liberators but the Zizzers ran out of time. The West Plains Zizzers end their season with 9 wins and 2 losses.
Again, the West Plains Zizzers lose to the Bolivar Liberators, 21 to 36.
