8/25 2 Clinton Recap
The Zizzers Raced at Clinton on 8/25. We only took our current Candy Stripers at the time but they made quite an impression with their high performances.

9/2 at Bolivar Recap:
The Zizzers competed at the Southwest Cross Country Coaches Association Meet on Saturday and started off the season on the right foot.
The boys were the Class 4 Team Champion and the second overall team out of 35 total teams competing. Junior Kyler Gunter led the way for the Zizzers placing 8th followed closely by teammates Hoyt Stiner in 11 and Carson King in 16. Coming in behind them to secure the 2nd place team finish were Jackson Free in 27th and Trevin Smith in 37th. All 5 of these boys ran lifetime personal best times in this race.
The Zizzer Girls only ran 2 girls in the Varsity Race. Emily Ritter was up front the whole way and was 3rd overall and Seri King was 13th.
Freshman Levi Batchelor and Junior Addison earned their Varsity Candy Stripes in the meet on Saturday as well.
This was a big meet. It gave everyone a chance to gain large meet experience and get used to racing a lot of people off the line and finishing hard.
Both Boys and Girls Varsity were team champions at Willow Springs yesterday. Seri and Carson King were individual champions. Top 5 for each team were : Carson king 1. Hoyt Stiner 2. Kyler gunter 3. Trevin smith 4 Jackson free 5
