The West Plains Zizzers played the Carl Junction Bulldogs tonight, Friday, October 25, 2024.
The game starts off with the Bulldogs making the first touchdown 21 seconds into the game. After a struggle the Zizzers and the Bulldogs each make another touchdown. The quarter ends with the Bulldogs in the lead with a score of 10 to 6.
The second quarter started with a touchdown from the Zizzers, bringing them into the lead. The Zizzers dominating since the 5 minute mark continue to push through and grab another touchdown before the end of the half. The score now at 20 to 10. With in the last minute of the first quarter, the Bulldogs score 10 points, bringing it a tied score of 20 to 20.
The third quarter starts and continues with no points going to either team. With only one minute left the Zizzers make a touchdown ending the quarter with a score of 27 to 20.
The fourth quarter starts with the Zizzers scoring another touchdown, bringing the score to 34 to 20 and furthering the gap between the teams. The Bulldogs make a play for the win and score a touchdown, bringing their score back up and making it a one score game. The Zizzers win the game with a score of 34 to 27.
