West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Zizzers took on the Tigers at Waynesville on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. The Zizzers followed the Lady Zizzers win against Waynesville on Monday and were hoping to pull another from the Tigers.
The Zizzers started the game slow, with the Tigers taking an early lead and ending the first quarter ahead of West Plains, 12 to 17. By the end of the half, West Plains had recovered the lead, if just barely, with a score of 25 to 23.
The third quarter would see the Tigers take back the lead by two points with a score of 35 to 37. The Zizzers would bolt back to the top of the scoreboard and outscore the Tigers in the fourth by 16 points.
The West Plains Zizzers secure another victory for the season, conquering the Waynesville Tigers, 57 to 45.
