The West Plains Zizzers came back from halftime with a plan and were able to keep the Bolivar Liberators to an even score, ending the third quarter tied at 21. The fourth quarter was difficult for West Plains. The Zizzers had 3 unsportsmanlike conduct penalties on a single player, in a single play, giving the Liberators 45 yards and a touchdown. Bolivar commanded the fourth quarter and defeated West Plains, 42 to 21.
