Friday night the Willow Springs Bears played their home opener, taking on the West Plains Zizzers. The game would get off to a slow start, as the Bears would trail at the end of the first quarter, 11-9.
Unfortunately for the Bears, their struggles on offense would continue throughout the game, as they went on to lose the game.

With the loss, the Bears fall to 0-2 on the young season.
