Howell County Health Department reports an additional 14 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.7 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5872. Of the new cases 5 live in West Plains, 5 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Mountain View, and 2 live in Pomona. There have been 24,993 tested to date (we did not receive any state data on testing today).
