Friday Overturn Crash Seriously Injures Mountain Grove Man

Mountain Grove, MO. – In the early morning hours of Friday, May 10th, a man from Mountain Grove was inflicted with serious injuries following an overturn crash.

This report comes from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G. According to their report, the driver of a Nissan Titan crossed the center line, went off the left side of the road, struck the ditch and overturned. The Nissan Titan was totaled, and the driver, who was identified as Gregory Oliphant, a 45-year-old Mountain Grove man, was inflicted with serious injuries as a result.

Air ambulance services were employed to transport Oliphant to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for emergency treatment.

The investigator on this incident was Trooper Z.B. Tate of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
