West Plains, MO. – Law enforcement in Howell County is currently investigating an incident in which an individual was found missing both feet in an alleged accident.
This unusual incident began with medical personnel arriving on-scene and finding the unnamed man in his 60s with a tractor and a brush hog mower. Law enforcement arrived as well, and the accident has been ruled to have been staged and that the brush hog was not a part of the amputation.

Those involved in the investigation are saying that this incident appears to have been intentional. Investigators were able to locate both amputated pieces of the man and recover them.
