Born February 29,1936 Earned her wings January 6,2022. Lord has reunited her with her husband Tom and together they watch over their children. Daniel (wife Elisa), Brian, Matthew, and Bridget. 4 granddaughters, 5 grandsons, and great great grandchildren. Joyce was a residence of Alton Missouri for many years.
She loved working with kids at head start, and you can always see her beautiful smile at church any day of the week. She will be missed so very very much,
