West Plains, MO. – MSU-WP has announced the schedule for their “State of the University Address”, which has changed from initial announcements for the public event.
This is due to the ribbon-cutting for the 160 overpass project the City of West Plains is planning on the same day. The exact time and place is Thursday, October 3rd at 11:30am at Hass-Darr Hall.

MSU President Richard “Biff” Williams and MSU-WP Chancellor Dennis Lancaster will be addressing those in attendance over the future of the University.
