Cherokee Village, AR. – Authorities in the area of Cherokee Village have their hands full with an investigation on skeletal remains that were recently found by law enforcement.
The discovery happened on July 8th in an abandoned house on Saginaw Street in Cherokee Village.

This search was prompted due to a welfare check. The door to the structure was open, and the remains were found inside.
The body has since been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for further study in attempt to ID the body and find the cause of death.
