Houston, MO. – The Emmett Kelly Clown Festival happened this weekend in Houston, Missouri. Despite the rain on the parade specifically, the clowns and festival didn’t stop. Rains cleared in the afternoon, and from then on it was a clear day for area vendors and performers to steal the show.
Pictured below are various vendors, events, and characters from the festival, including some of the performances from The STARS Foundation, The Houston Police Dunk Tank, and returning clowns from more than a decade ago.
