West Plains, MO. – Each year the News Radio KWPM 1450 A.M. and 105.1 F.M. and The Brownfield Network recognizes a student for their achievements and strong involvement in agriculture.
KWPM’s Beverly Broyles presented this year’s “Youth In Agriculture Award” to Clint Hinds of the West Plains FFA.
Clint was nominated and should be the poster child for FFA. He grew up on the family farm raising cattle and sheep. Clint also assisted his family with work in their family fertilizer company. He is also a member of the Career Development Events team which this year qualified for state. Clint received his State FFA Degree in Columbia and will continue supporting the FFA program after he graduates this May from West Plains High School. In addition, he will be working towards his FFA American Degree next year at the national convention.
