Katie Mahan, Director of the OMC Outpatient Pharmacy, said the pharmacy is handing out 2,000 free cloth face masks today. As of noon, about 200 masks had been given out

Ozarks Medical Center (OMC) is offering free cloth masks today at the OMC Outpatient Pharmacy, 1211 Porter Wagoner Blvd. in West Plains.
