West Plains, MO. – The West Plains School District has reallocated some space within the elementary for the purpose of expanding their preschool services.
We spoke to Becky Hutchinson, who stated that this upgrade was motivated by the idea that access to pre-grade education services was a needed area of improvement. West Plains Schools have what is called a CSIP, which is akin to an improvement plan the school adjusts as they continue to operate.
As stated in the audio clip, this ribbon cutting will take place on September 28th, next Wednesday, at 11:30 a.m. and this expansion of services was due to the remodeling of a pair of rooms within the lower level of the West Plains Elementary.
