West Plains, MO. – In this video, local West Plains public figure Crockett Oaks and Nigerian artist Bolaji Ogunwa discuss the reveal of the mural used in the Lincoln School Project and the new date for their dedication ceremony.
Previously scheduled for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Lincoln School Dedication ceremony was postponed due to inclement weather. The new date has been set for Saturday, January 27th.
