West Plains, MO. – A Willow Springs native has made a film on a former professional wrestler who has been making jewelry in Springfield, Missouri for 40 years. “The Flying Greek” is a biopic on former professional wrestler Mike Pappas, whose real name is Manoli Savvenas, who runs Manoli’s Jewelers in the Brentwood Shopping Center.
