West Plains, MO- On Saturday, July 31, 2021 just after 10 p.m. the West Plains Police Department dispatched officers to a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision at the intersection of Preacher Roe Blvd and Bruce Smith Parkway. The attached video clip shows a subject riding his bicycle into the intersection and colliding with a vehicle.
The vehicle involved was reported by witnesses to be a white Ford truck that continued out of town without stopping. Detectives with the Police Department would like to talk with the person driving the white truck.
