Former Houston Astros relief pitcher Ken Giles said he’s willing to return his World Series ring from 2017.
Giles was with the Astros from 2016-2018, but had no idea about the team’s sign-stealing scheme. He had 34 saves during the 2017 season, but didn’t appear after the fourth game of the seven-game series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Giles now plays for the Toronto Blue Jays and said he was “blindsided” by the commissioner’s report that showed the Astros cheated.
