NBA: No Season Decisions ‘Til At Least May

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver says a decision about the season won’t come until May 1st, at the earliest.

Silver said that “in a perfect world” the NBA would be able to return with regular-season games, followed by the playoffs, but that no decisions had yet been made about what the league’s schedule would look like should play resume.

He also says they won’t be in a position to make a decision this month (April).

The league suspended play on March 12th after Utah Jazz All-Star center Rudy Gobert tested positive for the coronavirus.
