As the West Plains ‘Stay at Home Order’ expires and it begins the road to reopening, city streets will start to see more traffic volume.
Throughout May, the West Plains Police Department will enhance traffic enforcement efforts to keep our roads and community safe. Among many things, officers will be looking for speeding, failing to stop at a signal/sign, failing to yield, or any offense that could contribute to a traffic crash.
“We encourage all motorists to follow safety guidelines and all traffic laws. Thank you for helping make West Plains safe for everyone,” said West Plains Chief of Police Stephen P. Monticelli.
