The West Plains Zizzers hosted the McDonald County Mustangs in post season play on November 6, 2020. The Zizzers dominated the first half of the game with two touchdowns during the first quarter and another touchdown during the second. West Plains had an excellent performance with onside kicks and an interception. The halftime score was 21 to zero.
The West Plains Zizzers kept the pressure against the Mustangs during the third quarter, stalling any Mustang momentum toward the endzone and scoring two more touchdowns to end the third quarter 35 to zero. This started the turbo clock during the fourth quarter. The Mustangs scored a safety against the Zizzers, shutting the turbo clock down. McDonald County played a hard game against West Plains but, couldn’t prevent a Zizzer victory.
Again, the West Plains Zizzers win against the McDonald County Mustangs, 35 to two. This win brings the West Plains Zizzers to nine wins and 1 loss.
