Hear From Head Coach Joshua Taylor

On winning a second straight five-set thriller over LSU…

“Tonight definitely wasn’t one of our best efforts, but at the end of the day we walked away with a win and that’s what matters most. Collectively as a team, we just struggled with consistency and could never really get things clicking. We did a pretty good job offensively in the first set, but could never fully get back on track. Down 2-1 in the match, our defense and blocking efforts stepped up in set four. Finally, in set five, Anna (Dixon) was just fantastic in setting the tone with her serving. She had a career-high five aces tonight and constantly put pressure on LSU’s defenders.”
