The Howell County Health Department reports an 12 new cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to-date total number of cases to 3,806 (numbers include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday). Of the new cases: eight live in West Plains, two live in Mountain View, one lives in Willow Springs and one lives in Caulfield.
