Howell County Health Department reports an additional 10 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5536. Of the new cases 8 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Pomona and 1 lives in Pottersville. There have been 23,887 tested to date.
