COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou football saw eight of its student-athletes participate in University commencement activities, held December 17-18, at Mizzou Arena and Hearnes Arena.
Center Michael Maietti and punter Grant McKinniss earned graduate degrees in athletic administration and positive coaching. From the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources, defensive lineman Cannon York was awarded his bachelor’s degree in nutrition and exercise physiology.
From the College of Arts and Sciences, defensive lineman Chris Turner earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture. Also from the College of Arts and Sciences, defensive lineman Akial Byers, wide receiver D’ionte “Boo” Smith, offensive lineman Hyrin White and defensive lineman Kobie Whiteside earned degrees in general studies.
