Roby, MO. – Johnny Berry, 67 of Roby, was travelling southbound on Hartzog Road, 4 miles west of Roby, when he was involved in an accident .
Berry was driving a 1996 Kubota L2950DT, when at roughly 5 PM, he traveled off the right side of the roadway over a low-water bridge. The accident ejected the driver and left him pinned under a tire.

Berry was transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at 11:36 PM.
This accident was investigated by Trooper M L Wiseman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
