(Moberly) New Missouri State women’s coach Beth Cunningham is in the process of putting together her first team in Springfield. While both the men’s and women’s programs have been hit hard by the transfer portal, it is a two-way street.
Case in point: one of the best players Springfield has produced in recent years is coming home to play for the Lady Bears.

Former Kickapoo star Indya Green is transferring from Moberly Area Community College to Missouri State.
The all-time leading scorer for the Lady Chiefs played her freshman year at Moberly. The 5-11 forward averaged over 19 points and 11 rebounds per game for the Lady Hounds this season and was named third team All-America.
She was a 3 time all-state selection for Kickapoo.
