Moody, MO. – On Tuesday, May 10th, a West Plains man totaled his motorcycle in an intoxicated crash. The crash happened at roughly 7 PM on JJ Highway, 3 miles Northeast of Moody.
Justin Reid, 41 of West Plains, was traveling Northbound on his 2007 Harley Davidson, when he went off the roadway, crashed his motorcycle, and was ejected. Despite not wearing a safety device, Reid suffered only minor injuries, but his motorcycle was totaled.

Following the accident, Reid was charged with a misdemeanor for Driving While Intoxicated.
This accident was investigated by Corporal J.C. Howell of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
