2022 Missouri Vietnam Wall Run to Pass Through Willow Springs Friday

West Plains, MO. – The 2022 Missouri Vietnam Wall Run, which was proclaimed by Governor Mike Parson in 2019 as “the Official Annual Motorcycle Ride of Remembrance”, will be making a stop in Willow Springs on Friday morning as the riders make their way from Springfield to Perryville. 

According to information on their official Facebook Page, the ride will begin at Mike’s Uniques, 3335 W. Sunshine in  Springfield to fill out waivers and line up. The first stop for rest and fuel will be at Love’s Truck Stop in Willow Springs at 9:45 a.m. with the second rest stop at 11:30 a.m. at Current River Xpress in Van Buren.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol and other law enforcement agencies will provide escort for this ride as they make their way through the Ozarks. 

This makes the fourth year of the Vietnam Wall Run. The run was established to remember the 1,423 Missourians killed in action and the 35 Missourians who remain as Prisoners of War or Missing in Action (POW/MIA).
